Okna sash przesuwane są w systemie góra- dół. To produkt wywodzący się z Wysp Brytyjskich. Zyskuje jednak coraz większą popularność na kontynencie europejskim. W przypadku chęci otwarcia okna nie ma konieczności usuwania rzeczy znajdujących się na parapecie. Skrzydło wystarczy przesunąć do góry.  

Zastosowanie szkła zespolonego jedno bądź dwukomorowego zapewnia niespotykaną w historycznych oknach tego typu, termikę oraz akustykę. Całkowita głębokość profilu okien angielskich może wynosić od 14 do 20 cm.

Malowanie

Czteropowłokowy system malowania wodorozcieńczalnymi farbami, składający się z impregnatu, podkładu, międzywarstwy i warstwy nawierzchniowej. Bogaty wybór kolorów z widocznymi słojami drewna (lazury) z palety Teknos Gori bądź kryjących z palety RAL albo NCS.

Okucia

Typ okuć

Tradycyjne okucia zamykające, składające się z ciężarków, opartych na kontr balansie. Na system okuć składają się linki prowadzące z ciężarkami, zamknięcie, podnośnik z hakiem i pierścień, pełniący rolę uchwytu. Do dyspozycji mamy następujące kolory okuć: mosiężne, satynowe i chromowane. Konstrukcję i napęd przesuwania można wybrać spośród dwóch dostępnych systemów- za pomocą ciężarków bądź za pomocą sprężyn. 

Klamka

W oknach angielskich nie występuje klasyczna klamka. Jej funkcję pełni specjalny uchwyt z zamkiem. Standardowe zamknięcie występuje w kolorze złotym, białym i w połysku chrom. Do wyboru są zamknięcia typu: Fitch fasteners, Alliance sash fastener, Claw sash fasterers. 

Otwieranie

Skrzydła są przesuwane w systemie góra-dół. Dwa rozwiązania do wyboru. Przesuwane może być tylko jedno skrzydło, górne jest wtedy szkleniem stałym. Ruchome mogą być oba skrzydła, wtedy możemy przesuwać naprzemiennie górne i dolne skrzydło. 

Opcjonalnie

Blokada przesuwania skrzydła, umożliwiająca zastosowanie mikrowentylacji w oknie.

Szprosy

Drewniane- naklejane na szybę obustronnie bądź jednostronnie, z wolną (szpros naklejany) bądź zamkniętą przestrzenią międzyszybową wewnątrz zespolenia (szpros wiedeński). Mogą mieć szerokość od 20 do 50 mm. Kilka wzorów szprosów do wyboru: proste, stylizowane retro, trapezowe, trójkątne.
